This is your moment. If you are an active $99/year IGC All-Access Transformation Member, you can submit your Transformation Story for a chance to be selected as a finalist or winner in the IGC Life Transformation Games™.

Your story can inspire the world — and may qualify you to win life-changing prizes based on your transformation in health, fitness, finances, relationships, mindset, and more.

Before You Submit

Please make sure all of the following are true:

You are an active $99/year IGC All-Access Transformation Member (your membership must be current and not expired).
You have been a member for at least 45 days and have engaged with one or more IGC tools, challenges, or programs (such as 100 Walks in 100 Days, Food as Medicine, weight loss, mindset, etc.).
You have at least one clear “before” photo and one clear “after” photo.
You are ready to share your journey honestly and openly, including your struggles and wins.
You understand that submitting your story does not guarantee a prize, but it does guarantee that your journey matters and will be honored.

How Story Submission Works

Confirm your membership is active (you must have an active $99/year IGC membership to be eligible).
Gather your photos — at least one “before” and one “after”.
Reflect on your story across any of the 8 pillars you chose to focus on:
- Fitness
- Food
- Feelings (emotional / mental health)
- Family & Friends
- Fun
- Finances
- Faith / Purpose
- Freedom (time, choices, confidence, lifestyle)

Tips for Sharing a Powerful Story

Be honest. Real stories are more powerful than perfect ones.
Include both your struggles and your victories.
Be specific with numbers (weight lost, debt paid, income gained, steps walked, etc.) if you are comfortable.
Share how you felt before and how you feel now.
Mention the IGC tools, programs, or challenges that helped you the most.
Remember: This is about progress, not perfection.

Do I have to be a $99/year member to submit my story?

Yes. Only active $99/year IGC All-Access Transformation Members are eligible to submit and win prizes.

Can I submit more than once?

You may submit a new Transformation Story in different years as you continue to grow. If you experience a new, major, distinct breakthrough, you may even be eligible to win major prizes more than once.

Do I have to transform all 8 pillars of life?

No. You will be judged based on the areas you chose to focus on and improve.

Will my story automatically be public?

No. If you are selected as a finalist or winner, IGC will contact you for permissions before publicly sharing your story, photos, or video.
