Start by completing your onboarding form and selecting 100 Walks in 100 Days as your first Transformation Games track.
Take Your First Walk
Your walk does not have to be perfect. It just has to happen. Walk outside, on a treadmill, around your neighborhood, at a park, or wherever you can safely move.
Submit Your Proof
Upload your proof after each walk or after key milestones. Proof may include step screenshots, fitness app screenshots, photos, written check-ins, or progress updates.
Earn Points and Unlock Badges
As you submit proof and complete milestones, you earn Transformation Points and unlock badges that recognize your progress.
Submit Your Transformation Story
When your journey creates a meaningful change in your body, energy, mindset, confidence, relationships, or life, submit your story for recognition and reward eligibility.
